BsAs has a tiny little China town on Juramento. It's just a few blocks but there are tons of restaurants and grocery stores. We visited a sushi restaurant a few weeks ago and I got some milk tea with bubbles. They also sold red tea and I tried to explain I wanted the red tea but with bubbles in it and I thought the store owner understood but I still ended up with milk tea. Oh well, still tasty. There are definitely more restaurants to explore in this area. One restaurant we did visit, Todos Contentos, was very tasty and decorated much like the Chinese restaurants in the states, with lots of red and gold and lanterns everywhere. Chopsticks, or palitos, "little sticks" were given by request. We discovered that little raviolis (what the menu said) are in fact dumplings. YUM. We finally found some spicy sauce (score!) which tasted lovely poured all over our noodles and rice.
Stopped by a McDonald's on Cabildo just for fun and was surprised by how long the wait in line was. French fries and burgers tasted exactly the same as in the US though. Interestingly, most people don't clear their own trays when they're done eating and there are a number of employees bustling around clearing tables constantly. Other than a few menu changes the McD's was pretty much the same as the ones back home.
